In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore a variety of arm balancing postures, from foundational shapes like Crow (Bakasana) to more advanced transitions (think Eka Pada Koundinyasana and Flying Pigeon), with plenty of options along the way.
We’ll break things down slowly, build strength and mobility in the wrists, shoulders, and core, and look at how breath and mindset impact balance. Whether you’re working on getting your feet off the ground or refining your transitions, this space is for you.
